In 1846, Hunt County was established after the Republic of Texas joined the Union. The county is named after Memucan Hunt, the first Minister to Texas and Secretary of the Texas Navy. Greenville would become the Cotton Capital of the World and the area grew with the arrival of the railroad. The area has continued to grow and 2021 marks the 175th Anniversary of the county.
To celebrate this Texas history, Heirloom Arms LLC is producing a limited edition shotgun. The 1878 Hartford Coach Shotgun is engraved with key icons to showcase this heritage. Limited to only 15 shotguns, this will become an heirloom in your collection. Contact us to find out how you can own yours.
